Welcome to DEEMERGE. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, app, and integrations (“Service”).

  • Any activity under your account

If we detect misuse, we may suspend or terminate your account.

  •  You retain all rights to your content (emails, Slack messages, files, etc.)
  • We never sell your data
  • We don’t train models on your content unless explicitly authorized
  • You can request data deletion at any time

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with DEEMERGE
  • Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes
  •  Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Introduce malware or automated scraping bots
5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable uptime, but we may occasionally need to:

  • Perform maintenance
  • Upgrade infrastructure
  • Respond to unforeseen outages

We’re not liable for downtime, data loss, or any indirect damages.

We may update or change features over time,including adding limits to free or paid plans. We’ll do our best to notify you in advance if a change affects your use.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  •  You create risk or legal exposure for us

Upon termination, we’ll delete your data unless required to retain it legally.

  • DEEMERGE is provided “as-is”without warranties
  • We don’t guarantee specific outcomes, uptime, or performance
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months
