Questions About Pricing?
How much does DEEMERGE cost for my team?
Pricing starts at $15 per user per month. So for a 3-person team, that’s only $45/month. You’ll find all plans details above.
Is there a minimum number of users required?
Yes. DEEMERGE requires at least 3 active users per workspace to unlock the full value and topic collaboration features.
Do tokens used to ingest messages during onboarding count against my monthly usage?
No. The initial data import for onboarding is excluded from your monthly token allocation. Your token count only starts after setup.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — from free trial to paid, or from Light to Pro, Pro to Expert or Light to Expert. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
Can I cancel anytime?
If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time.If you prepaid for one year, you have 14 days after purchase to request a full refund — no questions asked.
Is my data secure with DEEMERGE?
Yes. We’re built for B2B. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with SOC2-ready infrastructure and tenant-level isolation. You can also choose to deploy DEEMERGE in your own cloud with the Enterprise Plan.
